Our clients are very important to us.  We believe our clients deserve to be kept in the loop during the entire appraisal process.  Our website will provide you with status reports on all open orders.  We update the status of each order throughout the business day making sure the information is current. 

We understand that our clients have a business to run and they deserve quality reports that do not spend countless days in underwriting.  We receive very few call backs for additional information or additional comparable sales.   We try to take care of business the first time around.  On the rare occasion we do receive a request for additional information, we make that request a top priority in our office.   We pride ourselves in customer service and we take care of our clients.
